I have had a hankering for licorice for several weeks. It is not that easy to find in central Europe. So, while making a sensible purchase on Amazon.de, the system reminded me that I had previously searched for licorice. This time I decided not to deny myself some guilty pleasure. I ordered a 1.5 kg. box of licorice 'snails' --- 3.3 lbs. of mouthwatering delight.
They were suppose to arrive on Thursday, but showed up at my door two days early. A nice surprise.
I've made some poor online buying decisions in the past, like the 11 lbs. of popcorn I ordered a few months ago. But not this time! I am eating several as I write this. But I will soon close the lid at least until the evening.
